For agencies

Several clients. One clear workspace.

Manage translations across client websites without sharing logins or mixing up access. Give your team room to work and each client a view of their own sites.

The right access for each person

Workspace owner

Runs the workspace: subscription, billing, team invitations, sites and budgets. Only the owner can transfer a site to a client-owned workspace.

Agency manager

Manages sites, translation budgets and client invitations. Sees workspace usage, but cannot manage billing or transfer site ownership.

Client

Sees only the sites explicitly assigned to them and their translation jobs. No access to other clients’ sites or workspace billing.

These are TranslateSimple portal roles. WordPress administrator and editor accounts remain separate: an invitation does not grant access to wp-admin.

From the first site to the handover

  1. Connect your client sites

Install the plugin on each WordPress site and connect it to your agency workspace.

  2. Invite your team and clients

The owner invites managers. Owners and managers invite clients and choose which sites they can see.

  3. Keep usage under control

Characters are shared across the workspace. Set per-site budgets to keep one project from consuming the whole allowance.

  4. Hand over when the time is right

The owner can transfer an assigned site to a client-owned workspace. Its destination plan, capacity and available quota apply.

Before you bring your clients

Who pays?

While sites belong to the agency workspace, its owner manages the TranslateSimple subscription. Your own client invoices are separate; TranslateSimple does not automatically bill your clients for you.

Does my client need WordPress access?

Portal access and WordPress access are independent. To edit translations or publish languages in WordPress, the person needs the appropriate permissions on that WordPress site.

Can I be in more than one workspace?

Yes. The same login can access multiple workspaces, with a separate role in each. Switching workspace changes the sites and quota you are working with.

What stays with the website?

Completed translations remain stored in WordPress. A site transfer does not move the WordPress website itself. After an agency-plan downgrade, new agency management actions are restricted; stored translations are not deleted.

Start small. Bring the team when you are ready.

Test scanning and translation on a demo site first. Shared team access, client invitations and per-site budgets require the Agency plan. See current prices, site limits and allowances before subscribing.
